These Terms of Service govern your use of Paq.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Paq, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate account information.
Contributions and submissions
You may submit rides, clubs, events, places, and related updates. You represent that your submissions are accurate and that you have the right to provide that information.
Paq may review, edit, reject, or remove submissions to maintain quality, trust, and safety.
Organization access and subscriptions
Organization access subscriptions are sold per organization and may be required for certain management tools.
Subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle presented at checkout unless canceled in accordance with your billing settings.
Featured visibility purchases
Featured visibility products are paid promotional placements with scope and duration shown at purchase.
Placement timing and display are subject to platform availability and policy compliance.
Billing, renewals, and refunds
Billing is processed through Stripe. By purchasing paid services, you authorize recurring charges as described at checkout.
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable after purchase. You can cancel future renewals through available billing controls.
Acceptable use
You may not use Paq to violate laws, infringe rights, submit fraudulent or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform security and operations.
User-generated content
You retain your rights to submitted content, but grant Paq a non-exclusive license to host, process, adapt, publish, and display that content to operate and improve the service.
Platform availability
Paq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Suspension and termination
Paq may suspend or terminate access for abusive behavior, policy violations, fraud, or misuse of the service.
