Profile and usage data may include attended rides, saved places, followed communities, watch areas, and location/radius preferences you set.
Organizer and management data may include organization access requests, verification details, management submissions, and moderation-related notes.
Contribution data may include ride, club, event, and place submissions, related source links, and submission metadata.
How we use data
We use data to provide core product functionality, secure accounts, prevent abuse, review submissions, and maintain trustworthy cycling discovery data.
We also use aggregated usage information to improve product quality and user experience.
Analytics, cookies, and local storage
Paq uses analytics to understand product performance and improve reliability.
We use cookies and local storage to keep sessions active, remember preferences, and support account and discovery features.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies or local storage may reduce functionality.
Third-party services
Firebase Authentication is used for account sign-in and authentication security.
Stripe is used for payment processing related to subscriptions and featured visibility purchases. Paq does not store full payment card details.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
Account and contribution records may be retained for audit, fraud prevention, and platform integrity purposes, even after account deactivation where required.
