Brostugan Monday Introduction to Group Cycling

A specific Monday session for cyclists who want to learn to ride in a group safely. The focus is not speed, but group riding skills, safety and confidence. Experienced group riders are not the intended audience for the intro session.

Saturday road training from Stäket/Järfälla. The club's ambition is safe, enjoyable and dynamic group cycling at steady average speeds, with groups normally ranging from social/easy to fast. Safety and route briefing happens at the start, and groups are limited to a maximum of 16 riders for safety and traffic consideration.
